Merry Christmas, friends! We continued our annual Goss Family video tradition this year with a trip away from the city to an amazing Catskills cabin. The boys thought we were only going to film our Christmas video. Little did they know, we planned an early Christmas for them - gifts and all!! Snuggle up with your loved ones, and enjoy our 2018 Goss Family Christmas video!

Many thanks to Jim and Cindie for working with us to rent their cozy chalet in the Catskills when we contacted them with a last-minute request! We highly suggest looking at their property if you are wanting a getaway in the gorgeous Catskills!

For our 7th annual Goss Family Christmas video, we surprised the boys with a trip to Disney World. It was a family vacation that was long overdue, and we enjoyed every moment of it! It was also the boys' first trip to Disney World! They were so shocked! We hope you enjoy this year's video. My wish is that it awakens the wonder and the child inside of each person who views it because that is what Disney World did for us! :) Merry Christmas from our family to yours!

Song: "Christmas Now" by Femke Meines & Sander Hanna & Shalisa & Ridder

Our family accidentally stumbled upon a Christmas tradition 6 years ago when we had the idea to make a silly Christmas video to share as a digital Christmas card. Over the years we have danced to Justin Bieber while capturing the Grinch, we turned into Christmas zombies and ate "brains", we shared our first New York Christmas with you, we lived out Christmas wishes which included going back to the 1920s, Jeremy performing a contemporary Nutcracker "dance" on stage, and the whole family turning into Legos! And last year was our tropical island Christmas video we filmed during our time in St. Thomas - which might be my personal favorite! We had ambitious plans for this year's video, but life didn't quite line up with what we had planned. Schedules, health, and time just didn't work out. So, we scrapped everything we had and came up with a Plan B. Plan A was going to be funny and silly like other videos we have done in the past. And, while that would have been great, and I felt disappointed that we couldn't get it to work out, I have to say that this year's video touches a very special place in my heart.

So here it is -- a little late. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from our family!!

Christmas Island!

Wow! I am so excited to share our 5TH ANNUAL GOSS FAMILY CHRISTMAS VIDEO with you all! I cannot believe this all started 5 years ago! It has become such a fun family tradition for us. The kids love making the video and look forward to it each year. And it has been so amazing to watch how much they have grown from the first year until now!

This year was quite exciting for our family. We moved into a new building in our neighborhood. We had time between our lease that ended in July and the date we could move into our new apartment in September. Instead of wasting money on a ridiculously expensive short-term lease in NYC, we decided to spend that time visiting friends and family in Arkansas for 3 weeks and then spend the remaining 5 weeks living an island adventure in St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands! It was an incredible time for our family with many amazing memories made....and a few hurricane scares along the way. ;) We took the time to work on our Christmas video while we were there, and we hope you enjoy it!

Many have asked me about where we stayed while we were on the island. We LOVED our condo at Point Pleasant Resort. It was a welcoming place with an incredible view and many amenities. (3 pools!!) You can check it out here! The song in the video is from Train's new Christmas album, and you can find it here!

 Merry Christmas, everyone!

"Christmas Wishes" 2014

Christmastime is here again!

Our family has enjoyed creating a fun family Christmas card for 6 years now. The first 2 years were silly photo cards that we mailed out, and then the silliness morphed into what is now 4 years of Christmas videos. It is a Christmas tradition that we now look forward to and talk about all through the year!

We hope you enjoy this year's video and that it brings a smile to your face.

Wishing you the very best this Christmas!

Merry Christmas 2013!!

Hello, friends and family!

This has been quite a year, and it was full of surprises! We moved from Arkansas to New York this summer!!! It has been amazing, but full of adjustments and changes. We love it though and have become closer as a family.

We wanted to capture a little bit of our first Christmas in New York to share with you all. This video has a different tone than previous years. It is a lot more personal. A true look into our new life here in the city! :) We hope you enjoy it!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

The Goss Family

Another year gone by, another Christmas upon us, and another Goss Family Christmas video!!

Before we get to the video, we wanted to let you all know a little bit about the inspiration that led to the theme for this year's video.

Those who know us personally know that 2012 has been a year of challenges for our family. We are extremely blessed and incredibly thankful to God for our health, our jobs, our family and friends. And we do not take it for granted! And it is the challenges in life that remind us just how blessed we truly are.

We were approached by a family member about how excited they were to see what we would come up with for Christmas this year. We reluctantly told them that we probably would not do a video this year. We joked that 2012 has drained the life out of us, and we felt like zombies. It's hard to find creative inspiration when you feel like a zombie. And then...it hit us.

We immediately began discussing an idea, and when we called up our great friend Tyler Tarver he jumped at the opportunity to help us throw our last-minute Christmas video together. We could have never done this without him.

Without further adieu, here is our bizarre Christmas video. We think it is a great compliment to our bizarre 2012 where we learned how important it is to be able to laugh at yourself and continue smiling through the challenging times.

We love our family and our friends, and we really hope this video makes you smile!!

And as much as we like to have fun with our family and we enjoy this fun little tradition each year, we never want to lose sight of the true purpose of the celebrating this time of year.

"Who can add to Christmas? The perfect motive is that God so loved the world.
The perfect gift is that He gave His only Son. The only requirement is to believe in Him.
The reward of faith is that you shall have everlasting life."
-Corrie Ten Boom

Best wishes to you all this Christmas!
The Goss Family

Big, HUGE, overwhelming thanks to Tyler and his family for taking time to help us make this. Tyler, you are a huge talent, and you are going places! It is so exciting to watch!  We feel so blessed to call the Tarver family friends!
